SHIPPING COSTS FOR INDIVIDUAL SUMO COOKIE ORDER
The actual shipping cost will be calculated by FEDEX at the time of checkout based upon the total weight of your order and shipping location. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you enter your credit card information.
SUMMER SHIPPING
You may love the summer, but Sumo giant fortune cookies do not. Our chocolate is very temperamental and does not like it when the temperature starts to go above 75 degrees. During the summer months (April 15 - September 30), extra precautions must be taken to ensure the quality of your Sumo giant fortune cookies upon arrival. Reusable cold packs ($4) are automatically added to each order. Please keep in mind that these are only supposed to work for approximately 24 hours, which is why Sumo giant fortune cookies can only guarantee that the chocolate will not melt on orders shipped USPS Express overnight or Ground within a one-day radius of TX & OK. Believe us when we say that during the summer we absolutely can not ship any other way than NEXT DAY AIR.
FALL AND WINTER SHIPPING
Sumo giant fortune cookies may be shipped FEDEX Ground to the following states: TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, TN, KY, MO, KS, NE, CO, NM, Time in transit is approximately 1-3 days. All other states would take approximately 3-5 days for ground shipping.
HOLIDAY ORDERING
Due to extreme holiday traffic, we may restrict orders earlier than anticipated. During the busy holiday season, due to high demand, most orders may take up to 14 days after the order is placed to be processed and shipped. We are not responsible for weather conditions or other unforeseeable events or acts of nature that would prevent the prompt delivery of your Sumo giant fortune cookies. While every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we reserve the right to make corrections if errors occur. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time we reserve the right to substitute packaging and product of equal or greater value. Please double check all shipping information. We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to incorrectly entered shipping information.

NATIONWIDE ORDERS
We ship our giant fortune cookies year-round nationwide in the United States. We must have a U.S. street address (no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses) for delivery. Some rural zip codes require 2 days for delivery on overnight Express Mail by USPS.

To place an order via phone for delivery in the greater D/FW area, please call our main phone number 972.874-SUMO. These orders can either be shipped to the recipient or they will be hand delivered or if you choose you are always welcome to pick an order at our retail store in Flower Mound, Texas. There are a few zip codes that we do not currently service by hand delivery. You will be notified at the time of order if you are ordering for delivery to an unserviceable zip code.
